BUDDY BACKER SHOOT is a luck of the draw 2 shooter team event. Both shooters will alternate shooting first at the target. If the first shooter misses the second shooter gets to back them up. This will be a 30 target per team shoot.

Lannom Handicap Returns ~ First and Third Thursdays starting January 21, 2010 @ 6:00 PM

THE LANNOM HANDICAP will be shot the first and third Thursdays of each month.

This event was named for long time Club member Press Lannom Sr. He was a driving force for the Club in the 70's, 80's and early 90's.

The event is 2 rounds of handicap trap. Your registered handicap will be used. If you don't have one "known ability" will be used to set your distance.

There is a purse each night of shooting and a continuing purse until one shooter wins twice. This means the continuing purse (Pot-O-Gold) keeps growing. When a shooter has won twice they are awarded the daily purse and 1/2 the Pot-O-Gold. The other 1/2 is divided among those who won a daily purse during this period. Each daily winner will have one yard added to his handicap for the next shoot. The Pot-O-Gold winner will have one yard permanently added to their handicap. Sounds complicated. The front desk keeps all the records so all you have to do is shoot.
